Remote Support - Quick and Convenient Expert Assistance
Remote support has never been easier than with Safelink Networks. We employ powerful technology called Glance that allows you to quickly connect to and share your computer screen with one of our technicians. Once connected, you can:
- Receive assistance installing and/or configuring software
- Receive general instruction on the use of your computer or any of your programs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems that affect your computer's speed or functionality
Follow these instructions for Remote Support
- Call our support line at 727-656-0227
- If you wish to share your computer screen, your technician will give you a 4-digit code. Enter that code in the "Key:" field at the bottom of the page and press the "glance" button.
- Your support technician will guide you the glance installation if necessary.
- A glance window will appear and say, "Safelink Networks LLC would like to view and control your screen". Click "Allow".
